Free Inspections

Property Access

By scheduling an inspection, you grant Phoenix Pro Roofers and its employees permission to:

• Document condition of roof and property

You are responsible for ensuring safe access to your property and removing hazards. We are not liable for injuries or damage caused by property hazards you fail to disclose.

Inspection Liability

While we conduct thorough inspections, we cannot guarantee identification of all roof damage or defects. Our inspection is based on visual assessment and standard industry practices.

5. Payment Terms

Pricing

• Free inspections have no charge
• Service quotes are valid for 30 days
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Final invoice reflects actual work completed

Payment Methods

We accept:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• Debit cards
• Bank transfers/ACH
• Checks (subject to verification)

Payment Schedule

• 50% Deposit: Due upon service agreement signing
• 50% Balance: Due upon job completion
• Large projects may have alternative payment arrangements

Late Payments

Invoices are due within 30 days. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge (18% annually) and collection fees.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Inspection Cancellations

Free inspections can be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Service Cancellations

• Before Work Begins: Full refund of deposit
• During Work: 50% refund plus actual costs incurred
• After Completion: No refund (invoice due in full)

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

Workmanship Warranty

Phoenix Pro Roofers warrants that all work performed will be completed in a professional and workmanlike manner according to industry standards. We provide:

• 2-Year Workmanship Warranty: Coverage for defects in our labor
• Material Warranties: As provided by manufacturers (typically 10-30 years)

Warranty Limitations

Warranties do NOT cover:

• Damage from natural disasters, severe weather, or acts of God
• Damage from improper maintenance by you
• Installation issues caused by defective materials
• Damage from third-party contractors or workers
• Cosmetic issues or color fading
• Normal wear and tear

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, PHOENIX PRO ROOFERS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

Total Liability Cap

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for those specific services.

Property Conditions

• The property is safe for our crew to access
• All hazards (chemicals, electrical, etc.) are disclosed
• You have obtained all necessary property owner/HOA approval
